Shenzhen Vocational Training College of Guangdong Province (Training organization directly under Labor and Social Security Bureau of Shenzhen previously) is an integrative formal training institute authorized by Department of Labor and Social Security of Guangdong Province to launch all kinds of vocational skills, including training of vocational qualification authentication, public welfare training, vocational identification and adult higher education in Shenzhen.

The headquarters of college is located at Building 614, Bagua 2nd Road, Futian district of Shenzhen. Campuses are set up in different districts of Shenzhen, equipped with professional training centers for each campus. The teaching areas of College is 14,000 square meters, enough for 5,000 students and 300 accommodations, with various kinds of advanced teaching equipments, apparatuses and professional faculties. Over 280 vocational training projects have been launched at present. Besides, college consists of 30 kinds of E-learning educational major. Annual training capita was over 50,000. So far more than 3,500 students have entered for Degree Education in our college.

Project Description
1 According to the requirements of the clients and the principle of practicability and operability, the training plan was made as follows.
2 Use and keep the welding materials appropriately (including oxygen, ethyne, filler rod, filler metal, tungsten electrode and protective gases). Appropriately identify ordinary welding materials to know their characteristics and processing property.
3 Seize the security operating methods and technics of oxygen weld and torch cutting proficiently through professional training. Learn oxygen-welding techniques of carbon steel, alloy steel, copper and other metal, appropriately use welding-stick and welding-fluid to meet the technical demands of one-side welding and double moulding. Guarantee the straightness and smoothness of the welding cuts through oxygen weld without the left of ferric oxide.
4 Grasp the basic technics and processing of manual arc welding via the learning of electrode welding and argon arc welding. Know the characteristics of the filler rod in acidity and alkality. Reach certain levels of welding median plates, planks and pipelines. Proficiently seize welding methods of standing position and horizontal position, briefly know the overhead position. Skillfully grasp the welding methods of horizontal-rolledposition of pipelines, including its vertical fixation and turned position, roughly know the horizontal fixation and 45 degrees fixation of the pipelines. Reach nondestructive x-ray third-class standard of the technics.
